These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Valcy mobile application and keyboard extension ("Service"). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Valcy offers a free trial and a monthly paid subscription ("Premium"). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. You can cancel at any time via your Apple Subscriptions settings.
We own all rights and intellectual property associated with Valcy. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on your iOS devices.
You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or extract the source code of the application, keyboard extension, or transcription APIs.
Valcy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
